GooDream ("the App", "we", "us") is a bedtime-story app designed to be used by parents and guardians to create personalized, narrated stories for their children. This policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. The App is intended to be operated by an adult; a child is only meant to listen to the stories.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data. We do not use third-party advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
To create stories, narration and images, the child's first name, age and story preferences are sent to our secure backend (Google Cloud Functions), which uses Google's Gemini generative AI to produce the content. This data is used only to generate the requested story and is not used for advertising or sold to anyone.
We rely on the following service providers, each under their own privacy policy:
Your stories, preferences, and cached narration audio are stored locally on your device. Account and subscription information is retained while your account is active. You can remove local data by deleting the App, and you can delete your account at any time (see below).
GooDream is intended for use by parents and guardians, not directly by children. The only information relating to a child (first name and age) is provided voluntarily by the parent to personalize stories. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided us information without parental consent, please contact us and we will delete it.
Network requests are encrypted in transit and protected by Firebase App Check to prevent abuse. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

GooDream ("Ứng dụng", "chúng tôi") là ứng dụng kể truyện ngủ được thiết kế cho bố mẹ và người giám hộ sử dụng để tạo những câu truyện cá nhân hóa có giọng đọc cho con. Chính sách này giải thích chúng tôi thu thập thông tin gì, dùng để làm gì và các lựa chọn của bạn. Ứng dụng được thiết kế để người lớn vận hành; trẻ chỉ nghe truyện.

Chúng tôi không thu thập vị trí chính xác, danh bạ, ảnh, micro hay camera. Chúng tôi không dùng quảng cáo bên thứ ba và không theo dõi bạn qua các app/website khác.
Để tạo truyện, giọng đọc và hình ảnh, tên gọi, tuổi của bé và tùy chọn truyện được gửi tới máy chủ bảo mật của chúng tôi (Google Cloud Functions), nơi sử dụng AI tạo sinh Gemini của Google để tạo nội dung. Dữ liệu này chỉ dùng để tạo truyện bạn yêu cầu, không dùng cho quảng cáo và không bán cho bất kỳ ai.
Chúng tôi sử dụng các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ sau, mỗi bên có chính sách riêng:
Truyện, tùy chọn và giọng đọc đã lưu được giữ cục bộ trên thiết bị của bạn. Thông tin tài khoản và đăng ký được giữ trong khi tài khoản còn hoạt động. Bạn có thể xóa dữ liệu cục bộ bằng cách gỡ ứng dụng, và có thể xóa tài khoản bất kỳ lúc nào (xem bên dưới).
GooDream dành cho bố mẹ và người giám hộ sử dụng, không dành cho trẻ tự dùng. Thông tin duy nhất liên quan đến trẻ (tên gọi và tuổi) là do bố mẹ tự nguyện cung cấp để cá nhân hóa truyện. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập thông tin cá nhân trực tiếp từ trẻ em. Nếu bạn cho rằng trẻ đã cung cấp thông tin mà chưa có sự đồng ý của bố mẹ, vui lòng liên hệ để chúng tôi xóa.
Yêu cầu mạng được mã hóa khi truyền và được bảo vệ bằng Firebase App Check để chống lạm dụng. Không phương thức nào an toàn tuyệt đối 100%, nhưng chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp hợp lý để bảo vệ dữ liệu của bạn.
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này theo thời gian. Thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được phản ánh bằng cách cập nhật ngày "Cập nhật lần cuối" ở trên.
